What Brides Think

Lidia G

Loxahatchee, Florida

My Goddaughter decided she wanted all of her out of town guests to stay here for the wedding...well it's a good thing she picked this hotel, we had the most pleasant experience ever!
The rooms were very clean and the service was supreme. We had maybe 20 rooms reserved and all of us had a wonderful time!

Wonderful accommodations!

This was a very nice experience! The accommodations were lovely and the service was impeccable! Every employee was very nice and engaging. Thank you for a wonderful time! We attended a wedding and the ballroom, dinner, drinks were so wonderfully presented and delicious.

Celebrating anniversary

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond customer service by making guests feel truly valued. Upon my check in, I had chatted with Priscilla at the front desk that we were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We live in Tallahassee and drove down because a restaurant next door, El Toreo, has a spectacular Mariachi band on Thursday nights. After our festivities at the restaurant, we returned to the hotel about 10 pm. As soon as we entered our room I received a phone call from Priscilla to ask if she could deliver something special to us. Five minutes later she knocked at our door to deliver us a luscious cheesecake and berries dessert and card wishing us happy anniversary. What a wonderful surprise!
